Do my clients need to register to take assessments?

No. When you generate an assessment tracking link, AIVI produces a unique UUID share token. Clients click the link, verify their email address via verification loop, and complete the diagnostic without registering an account.

Is my firm's proprietary analysis private?

Yes. Your diagnostics, comments, client metadata, and generated CIM drafts are isolated within your specific advisor tenant workspace. Other advisors cannot view your listings.

Can I cancel or upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Subscription changes are managed via Stripe. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

How does Custom LLM Persona Tuning work?

Available on Agency plans, this lets you submit a custom context prompt to guide report tone. You can add specific M&A dictionary filters, company position statements, and advisor terminology guides.
